Brenda’s involvement in national and international organizations, such as the ADR Institute of Canada, showcases her commitment to advancing mediation practices and conflict resolution. Her role as a national trainer and Co-Chair of the ADR Institute of Canada’s Mediation Committee further demonstrates her leadership and influence in the field.

Brenda is a services provider for the Canadian Federal Government Informal Conflict Management Services (ICMS) and a roster Mediator for the Province of British Columbia’s WorkSafeBC Prohibitive Action Complaints.

Brenda’s educational background includes a certificate in dispute resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.

With over 600 coaching hours and a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation, Brenda demonstrates a significant investment in honing her coaching skills to serve her clients.
